Well the summer is over and now into the autumn months and soon winter. Only 4 weeks to Christmas so lots of preparations and very quickly it will be lots of excited children waiting for that magical day when Santa arrives.
It was a sad time for us all here at the fund with the passing of Natalie one of our trustees. Natalie's family requested the donations made at her funeral were passed on to Megan's Fund which totalled to £251.00 which we thank them for. We all know that Natalie would be happy about that. We will miss her so much .She was on board with us at the very beginning. God Bless Nat you will always be with us.
We have some more people to thank for donations made.
Firstly THE LADIES AT SUNDAY TEAS AT ST LUKES DUSTON who presented us with a cheque for £100. Many thanks for your support ladies so kind of you to think of us.X
Next we would like to thank our ALI HARPER AND ALL THE MEMBERS OF GLOBAL HYDRANENCEPHALY FOUNDATION USA. They awarded us The ^ Brayden Alexander ^ Memorial Grant for Volunteerism of $500. We have been friends and members of the group for many years as Megan had this condition and found the support and information invaluable to us. Despite the hundreds of miles that separate us all firm friendships and love have been forge to span across the years .One wonderful thing that the internet can take some credit for.
Thank you to Our Hydranencephaly Family for your support. It's amazing that our special Angels memories go on to help other children and families Love and hugs to you all at the foundation and to all the families
Ali and Brayden.
Many thanks to Everyone Much Love from Everyone at M.F.F. xxx
